Practice Structure & Schedule

Fundamentals First Group

RRWC wrestlers who are new to the sport and focused on building their foundational skills.

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:30 pm.

Experienced Group

RRWC wrestlers who have developed a basic understanding of the fundamentals, are ready to build on that foundation and can handle a faster pace.

Monday & Wednesday 6:00-7:30 pm.

Practice for the 2025-2026 wrestling season is set to begin on Monday, November 17th, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM.

Practices are held at the gym in Caln Elementary School, located at 3609 Lincoln Hwy, Thorndale, PA 19372.
